The EIBB will celebrate their 30th anniversary this summer with a four-day, three-state tour of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. The tour will include joint concerts with the Madison Brass Band, the Illinois Brass Band, the Chicago Brass Band, and the Big River Brass Band. In addition to our planned concert stops, the band will stop in towns along the way, jump out of the bus and perform a few marches for whomever is within listening distance. It will resemble a “Whit Friday” style of playing with music lyre’s holding the music and the entire band standing rather than a traditional music stand and chair performance.
Everyone is encouraged to catch the band along the way at any of the stops on our anniversary tour!
